About Me
I am a technical writer that helps clients create a bridge of information to their customers and technicians.
My technical career began in aerospace, working hands-on with electronic, electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and fuel systems. After 11 years, I transitioned into designing test equipment. I’ve created quick-start guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides throughout my career
I then decided to study computer science, where I discovered my passion for continuous learning. I transitioned into technical writing to allow me to pursue new knowledge daily. Since obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Communications, I have gained experience writing blogs, installation/operation manuals, instructions, and case studies.
